
Roxanne was a practising member of 3-4 South Square from 1994-2001. After settlement of a branch of the BCCI litigation, she moved to practise for a short time in Hong Kong. This turned into over 18 years of practice from Temple Chambers, mainly in the areas of insolvency and company, banking and complex commercial litigation/arbitration, professional negligence, and judicial review. Roxanne took silk in Hong Kong in 2013, and commenced sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge in 2015. Roxanne left her Hong Kong chambers in April 2020, and now lives in England. She continues to sit as a DHCJ and undertake limited public appointments in Hong Kong; she accepts project/consultancy work; and she remains involved in advocacy training internationally.
