LIDW21 Interplay between onshore / offshore disputes

South Square are collaborating with Begbies Traynor, Walkers and Integrites to produce a member-hosted event for LIDW21.

The panel will disentangle a complex web of companies, bank accounts and property, located in various jurisdictions (including the BVI, Cyprus, the CIS and the UK), which have been the subject of fraud.  What are the issues at hand and what can be done to maximise recoveries?
