The 25th edition of Butterworths Insolvency Law Handbook is published on 25 April. The ‘Red Book’ has been edited by members of South Square since its inception, in recent years by Glen Davis KC and Marcus Haywood.

This latest edition adds the new provisions for relevant licensee nuclear company administration orders under the Nuclear Energy (Financing) Act 2022, bringing to 22 the range of different special administration regimes included in Part 7. It remains the most comprehensive collection of up-to-date statutory materials for judges and those practising in insolvency and restructuring.
