Currently serving as President of the Court of Appeal in Bermuda and a Judge of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands, he is renowned for his expertise in cross-border insolvency, commercial litigation, and constitutional law. Formerly Chief Justice of Bermuda, Justice Kawaley is also a respected legal scholar and active participant in international legal organisations.
