Mourant and South Square Litigation Forum 2024

 

We are delighted to announce this year’s keynote speaker, former Labour MP Luciana Berger. Luciana served as Shadow Minister for Energy and Climate Change, then as Shadow Minister for Public Health, before she was appointed as the first Shadow Cabinet Minister for Mental Health. Luciana remains active in charitable and advisory capacities, works closely with the Labour Party to develop strategies to improve mental health services, and continues to influence public policy and discourse in the UK. The forum will be co-chaired by South Square’s Clara Johnson and Mourant Partner Peter Hayden. Clara is an expert in domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency, civil fraud and company law. Peter is a seasoned litigator who has acted in many of the largest and most complex cases to be litigated in the Cayman Islands.

 

There will also be a networking drinks reception to close the event, which all attendees are welcome to join.
