We are proud to announce that Tom Smith KC has won 'Barrister of the Year' at the Global Restructuring Review (GRR) Awards last night.

This award recognises Tom’s exceptional work, including his role as counsel in the successful Adler Part 26A restructuring plan appeal, leading the first case on fixed and floating charges for Avanti Communications, advising Aggregate in restructuring proceedings, and securing a crucial sanction scheme for Tele Columbus.
