We are delighted to share that our Associate Member, Hon Paul Heath KC has been appointed as a Judge of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Courts. He will serve a three-year term in the Commercial and Civil Law Division of the Court of First Instance.
On December 7, 2024, Paul was officially sworn in by the Right Honourable Lord David Hope of Craighead KT, Chief Justice of ADGM Courts. Paul has already begun his duties as a Judge.
As the first court in the world to implement a fully digital platform, ADGM Courts welcomes Paul to its select panel of judges, composed of top judicial figures from leading common law countries.
Congratulations Paul, on this prestigious appointment!
