Nicholas studied Classics and Law at the University of Oxford, becoming the first person to win the university’s prizes for English, Latin and Greek poetry. While studying, he also won several national advocacy competitions, including the Times 2TG Moot before judges of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. His law degree was supported by Lincoln’s Inn’s top scholarship for the academic stage of legal training.
During pupillage, Nicholas gained experience of restructuring plans, schemes of arrangement, standard and special administration regimes and cross-border matters including various offshore jurisdictions. Nicholas has also gained experience of both domestic and offshore appeals.
