On 10 November 2025, Mr Justice Richards sanctioned the plan for Fossil (UK) Global Services, a UK subsidiary of the American Fossil brand that was specially incorporated to let the group pursue an English plan.

The novel restructuring plan will bring about the cancellation of the bonds issued by the Group’s NASDAQ listed TopCo (including bonds held by retail investors) while maintaining the listing.

Daniel Bayfield KC and Matthew Abraham acted for the Plan Company instructed by a Weil team led by Andrew Wilkinson and Gemma Sage.
