This two day conference will focus on reflections on the past, present and future of the Cape Town Convention in its first 20 years and the second day is an in-depth analysis of some key topics in relation to enforcement of international interests, particularly when the debtor is insolvent. Each session will include ample opportunity for questions and debate.
