Judgment Hand Down: Grosvenor Property Developers Limited (in liquidation) v Portner Law Ltd (dishonest assistance claim against solicitor in respect of fraudulently misappropriated company funds)
Following a four day trial in June, Saira Salimi sitting as a Deputy Judge of the High Court handed down her reserved judgment holding that a partner of the Defendant solicitors firm dishonestly assisted in the misappropriation of £2.4m of the claimant company’s funds.
