Rabin Kok appeared unled, instructed by Duran Ross and Alex Cooper at Hausfeld, in two cases reported by Bloomberg arising from the collapse of the RoyaleLife caravan homes group and the bankruptcy of its founder, billionaire Robert Bull.

In an October hearing, Rabin appeared for Park Homes Investments Ltd, a creditor owed upwards of £58m, in two administration hearings relating to the group’s ‘treasury’ entity, Time GB. As reported by Bloomberg, the High Court accepted his client’s arguments that his client’s choice of administrators were to be favoured over Mr Bull’s choice, in light of the “dramatic collapse” of the group and to avoid potential conflicts of interest.

Also reported by Bloomberg is the successful bankruptcy petition against Mr Bull on 4 December 2023, at which Rabin again appeared for Park Homes in support of the petitioning creditor.
